My kids are back to school, and I miss them. My boy was playing and drawing  near my

feet while I was sewing my crafts. My daughter beside me looking at pictures on Instagram.

I am making jewelry and painting. But I need to sew. I need to make a lot of things.

My ideas are in my sketch book. I need to finish my projects.

My son, 6, never gets tired of creating new stuff. Look at this beautiful artwork on this piece of wood.

They are small pieces of wood that were leftover from the construction of our closets.

It does not shock me ,his amazing creativeness.

But I am always stunned to see it.

I wash every fabric and interfacing like the book says. But I was not washing the ribbons

or ricrac. Do you preshrink your fabrics and interfacing before you make your crafts ??

Grave of the fireflies

My kids and I were crying with this Japanese movie.The story is really sad and there is not

happy ending. We appreciate the good hand drawings.

My son can notice the difference between computerized and handmade drawings.

When Franklin started to be a computerized character my son stopped watching it.

Japanese movies are awesome, that's why we don't stop watching them.

Another amazing movie is The secret world of Arriety.

Bunny

Five years sleeping with Bunny, like my son calls him. Still goes to bed with this softie.

He loves him. A few months later,my son had another bunny,the white one.

Now he wants three more  friends for Bunny.

I have many unfinished projects...and I am still having a lot of ideas for the coming seasons.

My sewing machine is not working very well. I am frustrated.

For now...I am comparing good machines for when I am ready to buy my own.

I would like a vintage heavy duty electronic sewing machine.What do you recommend for me?

Since all chargers are black and look alike,I have decided to make muslin tags for them.

That way we can easily tell them apart by reading their tags.

You can make it with just a scrap of muslin and your pinking shears, and

you are done.
