My healthy shake's ingredients.

A salad of my own, with chopped papaya,celery,apple, and cilantro.
I need to cleanse my body and feel fresh in the mornings.

Wow - very healthy ingredients. I'm not sure about that combination though. What is the long green spear shaped one - is it aloe? We don't have anything like that growing in this cold, rainy country.
