Snack

You can refresh after your workout with a healthy snack.
Cut an apple,add yogurt ,granola and voilá.

That is very much like the dessert we have a few times a week, and sometimes for breakfast. Any fruit; any yoghurt; usually with fruity, nutty muesli rather than granola, though.
