They are delicious, full of juice and colour.
I want to eat like that my entire life.They are fragrant and flavorful.

You can stuff them with your favourite veggies or fruit.
My peppers are fully raw, and I stuffed them with noodle carrots,
avocado,cilantro and jicama.

How colourful and healthy they look. I'm always looking for more ways to eat avocados because I don't like them very much but I know how good they are for you!
