On cold days I want bread and a hot drink.

Para estos dias tan frios nos cae muy bien una sopita.

Despues de dos semanas con gripe y sin apetito de nada,

pues ha sido grandioso reponerme 

y poder cocinar un caldito delicioso.

Vegetales suavecitos y arroz, mucho arroz.

Winter days

Con dias tan frios he tenido antojo de pan de nuez.

Me ha sabido delicioso, y no es dulce.

Los dias estan nublados,oscuros,muy tristones;

y por lo mismo romanticos,bellos.

Me hacen desear estar en un sillon comodo todo el dia,

viendo la pelicula Cyrano de Bergerac.

On cold days I always crave pecan bread.

It is delicious and not sweet.

Days are cloudy,dark,sad;

and therefore romantic and beautiful.

It makes me want to be in a comfortable chair

all day watching the movie Cyrano de Bergerac.
